Iconic sommelier who celebrates the 70th anniversary of his creation in 2022, he combines functionality and simplicity, typical of the Thiers production which inspired the creation of the Liérande knife.
Its generous wick of 10mm in diameter with 5.5 turns, coated with Teflon, will come to the end of all the corks.
It includes a toad that has a bottle opener notch, as well as a micro-serrated blade to cleanly cut the capsule.
Entirely made in Thiers.
